Mainland UK - Delivery charge is £3 (inc. VAT) for any size of order. Some heavy items may incur a delivery supplement to Scottish Highlands.

For other UK areas including Channel Islands,  Northern Ireland and Scottish Islands please contact us for a quote.

Depending on the size and value of your order, delivery will be by Royal Mail or InterLink Couriers. These fine companies have delivered in excess of 50,000 parcels on our behalf and most of them have arrived intact and on time. A signature may be required on delivery.

We aim to despatch for delivery within 3 working days - most orders leave us within 1 working day.
We'll send an email to acknowledge your order and another to confirm despatch and delivery date. If it's crucial your order is be received within a certain time, either add a comment on the order form, or telephone us to confirm availability.

If you order will take more than a few days we will contact you with an expected date.

Most items are held in stock at our Swindon shop; however some larger items are delivered direct from the manufacturer or supplier.
